Your project is then subject to a complete technical analysis, allowing us to determine unit prices and send you a precise offer.
- Once your specifications have been received, our technical team will analyze your request and establish unit prices.
- Once the technical details have been defined, a commercial offer is submitted to you. Confirmation of quantities allows us to generate your quote.
- We will send you a detailed quote, which you can approve via a secure digital signature.
- An initial deposit of 50% will allow the sampling phase to be launched.
Sample development, correction and validation with the customer
- Sampling is then launched and the samples are shipped to you once finalized.
- Adjustments may be made based on your feedback, with a limit of 4 round trips to perfect the formula.
- After your validation, the final version of the samples is considered approved.

Once the balance is paid, we begin legal testing while finalizing the design and packaging with you.
- Payment of the balance confirms the previous steps and allows you to move on to the next stage of the process.
- The regulatory testing phase begins, with some of the tests expected to last a minimum legal period of 90 days.
- Finalization of design and packaging in parallel.
The products are manufactured, packaged, subjected to quality controls, then shipped.
- Once the regulatory tests have been validated, production of the order can begin.
- The products are then packaged in their final packaging.
- Each batch undergoes quality control including random tests on odor, texture, packaging, etc.
- The products are then shipped either directly to you or to your logistics provider, depending on your preferences.
